- Fabric Land for mail-order fabric in the UK. (I don't live in the US, so I can't really recommend anywhere there.)

You could also consider asking your local fabric shop or craft shop (or yellow pages) for seamstresses or haberdashers: catsuits are pretty easy for professionals to make.
